Refund Policy

Skydive Nawlins requires deposits on skydives to indemnify the cost of bringing professional skydiving staff from various parts of the region to jump you and your party, to ensure the fun and success of your skydive adventure(s).

Due to many unforeseen circumstances, some of which are, but not limited to, weather, winds, mechanical or staffing difficulties, sunset there is always the possibility that your skydive may have to be rescheduled,.

Your deposits will be charged at the rate of $50.00 US, on the day of your scheduled skydive event, once your party arrives. There are no exceptions to this rule.

In the event that your party arrives to the skydive center, and elects to not jump for whatever reasons, the deposit of $50.00 U.S. shall be owing and charged.

In the event that a party elects to not arrive or reschedule to the skydive center and has not made due and diligent attempts to reasonably reschedule, the deposit amount of $50.00 shall be owing and charged.

Skydive Nawlins does not ever guarantee that any certain group or numbers of a group will be able to skydive together, to do so is impractical, and many times impossible due to reasonable and normal seen and unforeseen conditions and circumstances.

If the parties who wish to skydive are tourists from outside the states of Louisiana, and Mississippi, and must depart the region sooner than it is feasible to reschedule the skydive to the convenience of all concerned parties, a prompt refund or reversal of charges shall be affected.

If the scheduled party has any difficulty showing up to the skydive event, and advance notice is given “normally a minimum of twenty four hour” all efforts will be made by the DZ to reschedule the event, with the charges being held off to the future date. There shall be some exceptions based upon certain personal tragedies and or other such unforeseen difficulties and or catastrophes. Such examples shall typically be a family or personal friends death or tragedy, mechanical failure or other circumstances which make the arrival to the skydive event impossible or impractical.
